The turntable is completely shellacked to protect against water absorption from water based clay or the oil from oil based clay. This protects against warping.

The armature base or rigging can be screwed directly into this wood, if needed.

This 18″ wire armature is bent to the correct angles in the pelvis, back, neck and lower legs. The armature is also pre-measured for the correct proportions. The wire is non-corroding and non-rusting.

The support is built from steel rods and is very durable. It can be adjusted vertically and the wire figure can also be adjusted vertically.
